As with President Obama’s first Health Care Reform Town Hall Meeting, the crowd attending and asking questions were as would be expected – fairly friendly toward the President and toward his Health Care Reform plans. As before, the President started out with a speech and then moved onto questions, going ‘girl, boy, girl, boy’ as handled in grade school. Several critics have commented that the only semi-difficult question the President received was from a self professed NRA member named Randy and even in that case the President did not appear to fully address the question but instead used it to point out “facts” from his standard list and attack Republicans for previous measures. In comparison to the verbal assault that many Congressmen and Congresswomen have received on the subject, the President’s Town Hall was, in the words of one observer, “…a picnic…”
