On Feburary 1st, for approximately fourty two minutes, the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) Director Peter Orszag and the Chair of the Council of Economic Advisers Christina Romer spoke to the press concerning President Obama’s propossed Fiscal Year 2011 Budget.  It is important to note that in the OMB’s own words the “…OMB works to assure that proposed legislation, testimony, reports, and policies are consistent with Administration policies, including the President’s Budget.“
