Sept 11th, 2009 – We Have Not Forgotten
Today is not a day for politics or partisan bickering. Today is a day for the country to remember the great sacrifices that were and continue to be made. America must never forget the lessons that September 11th taught us. We must never forget those that we have lost. We must never forget that even after the end of the Cold War, and the dawn of this new century, America and our belief in Freedom and in Democracy must still be protected from those who would destroy it.
