Democratic House passes 7 Month Budget with over 8,500 Earmarks

Democratically controlled House of Representatives passed a 7 month spending bill worth $410 Billion. Passed with a vote of 245 to 178, the bill is approximately $45 Billion less than last year’s record yearly deficit of $455 Billion or one third of this year’s estimated $1.5 Trillion deficit.
